Privacy Policy

• Account: your email and, when you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• Birth data: date, time and city, used to calculate your birth chart, horoscopes and compatibility.
• Conversations with Luna: the assistant's questions and answers are saved to your account.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers; we keep only your subscription status.
• Usage and measurement: pages visited, visit source, IP address, user agent, Meta pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and an anonymous identifier generated in your browser.

• Creating your account, calculating your chart and delivering the service.
• Processing subscriptions and sending account communications.
• Measuring and optimizing our ads: how many people arriving from an ad visited the page, started checkout or subscribed.
• Security, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): receives browsing and conversion events through the pixel and the Conversions API, for ad measurement and optimization. Email is only sent hashed (SHA-256) and only for people who explicitly opted in to advertising.
• Stripe: payment and subscription processing.
• Infrastructure and AI providers used to host the service and generate the astrological readings.

We do not sell personal data.

In regions that require prior consent, measurement cookies are only activated after you accept in the banner. Elsewhere, ordinary measurement runs on legitimate interest and you may object at any time. We record which choice was made, when, the notice version and the purposes shown.

Sending the hashed email depends on an explicit opt-in that you control in Profile → Privacy and communications. Withdraw it and we stop sending the email immediately.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to contato@luneya.app.

We keep data while your account exists and for as long as legal and tax obligations require. When you delete your account we remove charts, conversations and birth data.
